Chris Galvin

Chris Galvin is the CEO and Co-founder at submix.io and a founding member of Native Instrument's Metapop community and competitions platform. He’s always had a passion for electronic music and DJing. Before his role at submix.io, he was the Director of Program and Project Management at Beatport where he managed the PLAY remix competition platform, NEWS, and spearhead the launch of the Corona Sunsets Sound of the Beach campaign. He's also been a Producer at Apple and Nike. He’s been a speaker, moderator, and panelist at leading industry conventions such as ADE, NXNW, Mutek, and more. He’s an avid wave rider and open water swimmer and lives with his family in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.
